KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — After three long months of closure, City Works Eatery & Pour House in King of Prussia will reopen its doors on Wednesday. And, it’s implementing a number of procedures to keep its staff and guests safe and healthy.
In a release, City Works Eatery & Pour House’s parent company, Bottleneck Management, said it surveyed its guests before reopening and has created a set of procedures designed to make its customers feel comfortable in the restaurant.
Its new procedures include requiring restaurant workers to wear masks and frequently wash their hands, designating sanitization stations throughout the restaurant, frequently disinfecting the restaurant’s shared spaces and touchpoints and enforcing social distancing.
The restaurant has also created a new position, Shift Safety Manager, to ensure staff members are following procedure and helping limit the spread of the new coronavirus.
“It’s so exciting to be able to re-open our doors, bring our employees back on, and begin serving our guests again, safely and in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and our local authorities,” Bottleneck Management Vice President of Marketing Angela Zoiss said in a statement. “We are ecstatic to be able to re-connect with our guests in King of Prussia and around the country and do what we do best.”
The restaurant opens at 4 p.m. on Wednesday. Starting then, it will maintain a schedule of 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Food and drink specials are available during Happier Hours from 3:30 to 6 p.m. each weekday.
The release states the restaurant will continue to offer delivery and takeout dining options on its website.
